I was thinking that too... that each link to each Native Language page would go to a similar pages. For example, a books page could have a menu of languages on the left, and when you click on that language, you get a books page in that language. It would web together all the native languages project resources to the English resources.
Then, each project keeps their own book page, but all languages are visibly linked to the main OOo pages, so all can find them. Then we can all easily see all items, even if we cannot read the language to find our way.
If we could do this for all the directories, even better: how-tos, galleries, templates, user manuals, books, third-party... It would pool the resources in a nice way, I think.
Think of the structure it would build! ;) It sounds like worthy framework to me... Is it technically possible?
