Have you really not noticed that the only difference in URLs between
projects, for the same content, differ only in the ISO language Code?

That doesn't require any chasing down of documentation, or owner.

a) There is a 404 error is the page does not exist.
b) Spiders can read the auto-generated page for 404 errors.
[Linbot could read them, and that was written back in 1998, or so.]

Come to think of it, the group that is responsible for the website as
a whole, should be running a spider, to check for broken links on a
monthly, if not weekly basis. [Or am I the only person who gets
annoyed by the number of broken links at OpenOffice.org.]

Don't even suggest I file an issue regarding broken links ---
Issuezilla shows that it takes two plus years to fix webpage errors---
blatent things like incorrect spelling, or geography.

Do you really have to be able to read Thai, to know that
http://th.openoffice.org/about-documentation.html is about documentation?
