You don't need to hunt down the leaders of a NLC project for that.

The only instances
http://2_letter_language_code/openoffice.org/about_documentation.html
will get a 404 response, is when:
a) It is hosted elsewhere;
b) The project is new, and not everything is up yet;
c) No documentation has been written;

The same structural foundation is setup throughout the entire NLC project.

It is called usability.

You have got to be joking.

If a spelling error takes two years to fix, how long does it take fix
a broken link?

Does that mean that I will be able to actually change them, or simply
wait two years for somebody to admit that yes, the links are broken,
the page has spelling errors, etc?
