Please can you compare what you have in your doc, with what needs to be updated at http://www.openoffice.org/dev_docs/instructions.html I see that you have worked on the Linux installs, especially rpms.
About dev_docs, do I have access and where is the repository? I would prefer to use CVS if possible.
It is in www/www so you may not have commit access, but I have co instructions.html and attached it to issue 37513.
I will be getting to the Windows section in a couple of hours.
