Here, I felt that we could have been more direct about the
issue that was submitted. Instead, we side tracked. At this
point, not much can be changed there, but this has happened
in FAQ work, in a few of the other issues too... I don't
understand why it happens. We all know it boils down to one
issue per report. I would like to see the pattern of
sidetracking FAQ issues broken, so I shared examples, not to
feel superior, as it is suggested, but to better server our
"customers", both internal and external.
