This issue falls into the category of issues that Scott
asks me not to complain about. First, I rec'd a phone
call, even though I did not give permission for that. I
don't believe that I must have phone conversations with
folks to perform opensource work. To me, that is going
to personal. I'm not here for the personal aspect. I
prefer to keep things all business. That seems
perfectly fair.

I am sorry you felt that way, I didn't know. At the time
it seemed there were several things getting confused and
I wanted to speak directly about them, to see if we could
come to an agreed solution.

Scott, we did talk on the phone, and that was not so
terrible, because you *did* ask permission, and you waited
for that permission. If I did not provide permission, you
did not call. Ger, on the other hand, commanded me to call
him, twice, and provided a toll-free number. When I did not
respond to either message, he called me. So.... I was forced
into a discussion. I'm very shy. I keep walls around my
personal person. My business person is more outgoing. Phone
calls can create confusion, putting different folks on
different pages. With the public lists available for
communication, I'd prefer very much to use them.

I just want you to know that you did take a professional
approach with me, regarding phone calls. I do not wish to
make you feel bad for that, as I did give you permission,
before we talked. Ger on the other hand did not, and then
great chaos fell out of both conversations I had with him.
More reason to keep things on the list.

Sincerely,
Diane Mackay
