I have found this via Google: http://www.engr.tu.ac.th/forums/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=1734. It was on a Thai site, maybe it is also in Thai ... If so, I am sorry ... Another possibility is a CVS checkout or http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/openoffice-et/po2/helpcontent2, where all the *.po files (are but I do not know how official this is and these are a lot of individual files ... :( ).
