There's been an Australian dictionary available since the 1.1/x series of
OO.o... Run DictOO from the "File-->Wizards-->Install New Dictionaries..." 
menu. Works a treat, although if you want the dictionary available to all
users on a multi-user machine, you'll have to run OO.o with
administrator/root privileges....
