No. What I am saying is that we have sponsors who support OOo directly.
I feel that their products should take precedence over other
manufacturers who are not contributing or sponsoring. SO the idea is
taht if these latter entities wish to continue to receive the current
status they should contribute in someway, as in financial or other way,
or be supplanted by those entities/companies that do support OOo
directly.

How is this different from adware?
Avery label sizes and product numbers are a de-facto standard, at least
in the US.
Do people who use labels perceive the mention of Avery label numbers by
name as a kind of promotion? My perception is that it's just a way to
help me find the right label, not a promotion of Avery as a brand.
If it were otherwise, would the Worldlabel web page have the name
"Avery", in bold, right in the middle of the page? It's probably the
second thing you see: "Avery-sized labels". Did Avery pay for that?
Somehow I don't think so.
Bundle a label database, built on OOo Base (naturally) and integrated
with Writer, to cross-reference label products and help people find the
right label in a snap. Ask the manufacturers to contribute their data
and maybe a logo, but please don't start selling "Order this product
from Worldlabel.com" links on the OOo dialogs or documentation.
