Remember, the document's are now under dual license GPL+CC-BY

and the oooauthors.org members gave the OpenOffice.org project the right
to publish the documents under PDL too:

Thanks, Marko. That is true. I was thinking of a situation where
someone wants the documents to be under PDL while it is in draft
and being worked on at OOoAuthors, not just when published.
Thank you also for the rest of what you said. I have been very
encouraged by the enthusiasm and amount of work of the German and
Dutch teams, in particular, at OOoAuthors.
