It hasn't been updated in a bit.
That style guide (its US version) has a number of formatting specs
that are not followed in the OOo US docs. I reverse-engineered it
about a year ago in order to make it fit--using what formatting I
thought was actually employed. Perhaps, I still have the amended
version (having it survive installing Visa Ultimate). I'll check.

The Style Guide was actually done after several of the How To's, so I
can imagine there are some discrepancies. Moving to the Wiki would
probably not be a bad idea. I'll see about moving a couple of the How
To's to the wiki at some point, so we can see how things look.
