change the leading. An other solution would be to increase the font size
of the body text. But that would have other disadvantages, for example
more pages when printing.
I understand your argument, but I'm stuck for a solution. 15 pixels wouldn't
allow a useful image, but then again, I'm not a fan of icons mixed in with text
in the first place. Maybe a cross reference to one of a set of icons positioned
at the end of a chapter would work? Perhaps a 2 column table with icons and
descriptions of their functions, "out of band" so to speak.
