It is, and it isn't.  It's really hard for a WikiBot to know what page
comes where in the TOC sequence.  The Wiki pages are sorted
alphabetically in the Category they belong to, so you can't use that...
there is no mechanism that I have been able to think of that will tell
the WikiBot what order to present the pages linked in the TOC.

If you have any ideas... :-)
