Hmmm.. I re-read this and it's not quite sounding the way I wanted :-) Let me try this paragraph again... If we choose to use some other application that must be installed separately (for example a DocBook editor) or some special OOo configuration requiring plugins and a connection to a custom CMS application of some sort, we risk eliminating the segment of contributors we're trying to encourage to participate. I don't know what the balance is between a controlled CMS+XML environment and the Wiki... or some other solution.
