One technical question: Some of the contributors may find themselves
difficult to express their ideas in English.
Is there some way to help them? What I can think is:

1. Chinese follows English on the mailing list
2. Another Chinese public channel (e.g. gitter) to discuss, and then
back to mailing list
3. Using English anyway

What do you guys think?
