Import the example project (submodule) in idea, this is relatively simple.

I think the demo should be managed centrally. We can choose to put the demo
in the example project, or put the example in dubbo as a submodule (such as
netty)

I agree that we need to do some documentation updates.  But it won't take a
long time,  We can mark the demo migration in the release and give the
example project guidelines.

Maybe we should listen to the opinions of other friends.
