I am asking everyone to subscibe the dev@echarts.apache.org and sign ICLAS.
It need a little times, hope will be done in this week.
BTW: recently, I modified the wiki, just to update the committer's
address, not add any new one.
If you think it is time to freeze the editing, it is ok for me.
