In this case the analytics are being collected at 3rd party domains and all the PPMC (I’m assuming) wouldn’t have access to them or may not even know what’s been done with them. This is slightly different to say using google where the PPMC has access to the info collected. The domains are hm.baidu.com and echarts.baidu.com.
