[~ajayyadava], your change handles the initial bootstrap only. We will also
need to handle the cases where the lineage feature might be turned-off for a
duration and turned back on. In such cases, we'll need to update the existing
vertices/edges.
Also, we wanted to ensure bootstrapping the graph does not become a heavy
operation (in terms of time) and shouldn't increase the server startup time.
