<p>No particular reason :-). It could be 3,2,1 or 300, 250, 100. As long as 
high has highest number and the number goes down with priority it is fine. If 
and when we want more priorities, we can always change the numbers.</p>

Locks are reentrant and since the block is synchronized on the instances, the 
thread will own lock for get and put too. So, no issues there.
