Richard S. Hall resolved FELIX-920.
-----------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: fileinstall-0.9.2
I applied the patch to DirectoryWatcher. Thanks for the patch guys. Filippo,
for future refence, when you submit patches, please do not reformat the code,
since it makes it more difficult to review the patch. You can see the code
style guidelines for Felix under the developer documentation. Thanks again.
Sahoo, please close this issue if you are satisfied.

> Currently "File Install" bundle always starts any newly discovered bundles.
> One should be able to configure it to start new bundles or leave them in
> installed state. This need not be at bundle level. To start with, I think a
> global boolean flag is good enough.
