Our current APIs differ between customers as the API parameters map to features used in the scoring models developed for each use case. Further, the data differs significantly between MSME, Consumer, home, vehicle, SHG/JLG, and Agri loans. We have developed a common data model to uniquely describe each data point we can use for a variety of loan types and customer profile parameters to drive segmentation, reporting, and messaging. I think we can leverage the common data model to create robust, open, and general purpose API specification for communicating with external credit scoring or lending decision platforms.
