I'm not sure if it is worth more time to find out why it stopped working.
It could be the server was not running as a service until a recent reboot,
or some recent upgrade of Jenkins broke the option that should have
allowed the service to use a window.

But if we are going to abandon builds.a.o forever, then should we still go
through all of this just to bring Linux up to par?
