For me, 4.13 was pulled from the cache along with AIR and other files. I did notice the installer does not tell you that in the log. The ant scripts were changed to log that the download was found in the cache, but the Installer was not changed in that regard. I think we should pick up the forced GC change in an RC6 and I'll add a log message for that as well. I'm thinking that the GC issue might have caused Jose's issue as well. Your thoughts? -Alex
