OK, and for the record, the constructFlexForIDE.sh is copying a
flex-config.xml from ide/flashbuilder/config that has 0 as the
build.number. It is checked into Git that way. That also seems wrong to
me. But again, IMO, not a show stopper. The vast majority of folks are
using the installer.
