Agree with Justin. I've dug a little deeper, and found that while 'ide/constructForIDE.sh' doesn't copy 'adl' and 'adt' (and even if it would, it would be from the 'older' SDK: Flash/AIR combo). However, running 'ide/addAIRtoSDK.sh' correctly overlays the AIR SDK, and the problem goes away. That should explain why the installer works, and using only 'constructForIDE' doesn't.
