I like the goal.  I believe an alternate way of getting there would be for
someone to build an Eclipse plug-in that adds a new project type like
"Apache Flex Project".  Don't know how hard that is, but then at least the
project would own the code and I think our installer can install it.  I'm
not sure how many folks are brave enough to install the current
patch/hack.  And once we know how to create new project types, we can do
additional project types for FlexJS and VJS.
