I took a quick look, and the first thing I noticed is that it is not really a patch, but rather a patched version of the entire class file (Scroller.as). As the whitespace and some other stuff seems to be very different between the version you submitted and the one in the Git repo for the Flex SDK, it is very difficult to judge which changes you made… Maybe you are willing to work with me a little more and create an actual patch?
