FlashBuilder uses the <version> tag to determine whether the SDK is Flex 3 or Flex 4 (or unknown). It doesn't really matter what we put in there as long as it starts with 4. Especially now that there really aren't any regular Flex SDK dependencies in FlexJS (that wasn't true early on). It is unfortunate that Flash Builder has this sensitivity, but this is the best I think we can do. -Alex
