Haven't discussed this with the others yet, but A2A is at least on my list.
But I haven't thought about it in detail enough to answer your questions.

Our plan is to first work on a MVP version that shows the unique advantages
and differentiators of  Flink Agents compared to other agent frameworks,
and a production-ready version with full functionalities would be the next
step. From my perspective, A2A probably belongs to the second phase, thus
we haven't started any concrete design or plan around it at the moment.
