+1 * sigs and hashes are good on parent pom and resources jar * able to build Fluo and Fluo Recipes using staging repo and parent pom version 1-incubating * Resources eclipse-formatter.xml and java-checkstyle.xml in jar are same as files in rc1 branch * Parent pom in staging repo is same as parent pom in rc3 branch
