This may be a silly question to ask (but I have to ask this anyhow): Why is this becoming a second plug-in in addition to the openOffice-input-plugin that already exists?
Would it not make sense to tweak the existing plugin to support the new format _and_ the old. I know that the document format for open office has changed to some extent but afaik there have only been minor changes. And a lot of work has already gone into the old plug-in to fix all these issues that are now coming up for the new plug-in. -- Ferdinand Soethe
