This is good news, I think now we need to decide what to do with
Dispatcher for a 0.9 release.  You've merged it into the trunk in the
whiteboard - is that where it ought to stay for this release?  The
reason I ask, is that we have FOR-1198 and FOR-796 both as "blockers"
- which, if dispatcher is to remain in whiteboard, really shouldn't
be.  So what do we think the right answer is?
