I'm fine with it, and thanks for working on this. However, one important question wasn't yet answered. Who of the mentors want to be in the PMC after graduation? So far we only have Sergio Fernández. (And as of non-mentors, me, also Evangelia said that he plans to remain.)
Also, I plant to create a document about making releases and about the project specific development policy. I would put that under the "Community" category on freemarker.org. Do you think that can increase our changes? (The best would be if someone else makes the next release based on that, but certainly we won't wait that much with the graduation attempt.)
