Website looks good. I have a couple of comments:
1. Branding
* Incubator disclaimer is missing
* Incubator logo is missing

2. Download Page
The policy page says don't encourage people to download nightly builds on
the website:
* http://www.apache.org/dev/release.html#what
I also think there needs to be more progress on the incubating due
diligence tasks before offering builds to download. For example:
* addressing the jgroups LGPL issue
* source file headers (see GEODE-18)
* including the LICENSE, NOTICE & DISCLAIMER in the build artifacts
* Cryptography Review (see GEODE-25)
