JPA spec snapshots location

Does anyone know whether the jpa spec snapshots are being deployed in  
the snapshot repo?

http://people.apache.org/maven-snapshot-repository/org/apache/ 
geronimo/specs/ ??

I am looking for this artifact:

<groupId>org.apache.geronimo.specs</groupId>
<artifactId>geronimo-jpa_3.0_spec</artifactId>
<version>1.0-SNAPSHOT</version>

I can't seem to find it.
