- Create a GEP 2.1.2 that supports the 2.1.2 server installable and

IIRC I got plugins for the main app working, although it might be
against trunk. At the moment there's no way to generate a plugin for
an app client. I'm not sure we'll be able to fix this for 2.1.2, but
I'll try to find some time to think about it more.
- Include TranQL Oracle RAC connector (on my ToDo list)
