Hi Ed. I wonder if it possible for you to explain a bit about your
understanding of whats changing here. I'm not so clued up on the 1.7.X Avro
Java API and therefore it would really help if you were able to either point me
to a diff of the changes within your fork? Did you have any problems with the
upgrade? Thanks very much in advance.
