I updated the v3 patch so that it works with trunk Gora and Solr 4.3. It still
could use some work, but all of the tests are passing.
In particular, I think the lack of a UNION implementation is causing one of the
assertions to be off in testUpdate().
The other thing that could use some work is preventing exceptions when commits
are attempted on closed collections. This may only be an artifact of the test
harness, but it's worrisome.
