Carlos Muñoz commented on GORA-527:
-----------------------------------

Hi [~c.uent].

Thanks for your interest in the project. This issue aims to add a new datastore
into Gora, which is fortunately a well-documented task within the community.
You can get started on DataStore development by checking out the tutorial in
[1]. Also, I highly recommend to you take a look at the GoSC section of Gora's
Wiki [2], so you can get some insight for your proposal's structure and how we
work regarding to reports and documentation.

BTW, there plenty of minor issues in Gora and many are related with DataStore
development. It could be a good warming up activity to work on them. :)

Please feel free to ask any questions you have. Good luck...!!!

> Redis is an open source (BSD licensed), in-memory data structure store, used
> as a database, cache and message broker. [1]. It's better if Gora can used
> for redis db as well.
> This jira is created to provide Redis compatibility for GORA
