[~appodictic] [~doellerbe06] I forgot to add the tests, that's why closed the
PR.
While adding the test I noticed that if GossipSettings is null then it causes
an NPE in the GossipManager constructor. So I am adding a check for that as
well.
Also, we can add a builder for GossipMember as well because that also takes
many arguments, although let's do it as part of a different PR?
