The whole point of an RC is that, barring blocking bugs, it can become the final release simply by relabelling. Given that rc-2 and rc-1 have very significant differences other than fixes to blocking bugs to allow a release, these are really beta releases and not RCs at all. Is the intention that rc-2 will become the 0.9 release within a fixed time frame unless someone find a blocking bug, or will we see an rc-3 with more changes? -- Russel. ============================================================================= Dr Russel Winder t: +44 20 7585 2200 voip: sip:[email protected] 41 Buckmaster Road m: +44 7770 465 077 xmpp: [email protected] London SW11 1EN, UK w: www.russel.org.uk skype: russel_winder
