Sorry but I must say that there is something wrong with this rc-1 ->
rc-2 sequence.  The whole point of an RC is that, barring blocking bugs,
it can become the final release simply by relabelling.  Given that rc-2
and rc-1 have very significant differences other than fixes to blocking
bugs to allow a release, these are really beta releases and not RCs at
all.

Is the intention that rc-2 will become the 0.9 release within a fixed
time frame unless someone find a blocking bug, or will we see an rc-3
with more changes?
