Sorry, I couldn't prevent myself from answering this point too :(

Everybody is free to use whatever office suite one wants. That is called
freedom. Threats like that one below will not move anybody to action. I
saw personally as a maintainer of WordPerfect import filter a huge
number of people who would use something else unless and they went like
a steam from a tea-can even though some things were solved. Open Source
is about collaborative effort in solving people's personal itches. If
you are unable to solve, a payed support contract can be much more
efficient way of put some incentives to developers.

Sorry, I am just too tired to read similar things from people whose only
work was to download and install, be it in issuezilla or in mailing
lists. Howgh!
