+1(binding) and thanks Jerry for the work!

I checked:
  1) download links are OK (only dist not including Maven Staging repo)
  2) checksum and signature are good
  3) build successfully with the src using JDK11 (./graldew build) on my mac
  4) ASF header present in expected files
  5) no unexpected binary files found in the source distribution
  6) the availability of binary package (Unpack and test the setuped process)
