+1 binding

I have checked:
1.  The package signature and hash
2.  Could successful build the source code
3. LICENSE and NOTICE files exists in source and binary package
4. Do some basic tests
5. No extra binary in source package

I didn’t encounter rat problems and the issues Justin referred seems not
blocking , maybe we could improvement it in the next release.
