No worries there. Yah connect.apple.com was down for half the day,
this morning while I was writing the e-mail so I couldn't get the Dev
Tools, which BTW, are now called XCode for OS 10.3 and above.

The requirements for windows specifically states requiring MS VS.net
2003, and not YET the C++ Toolkit. I have VS 6.0 enterprise, so this
isn't really all that maneageable of a requirement (I don't have 900
or some other outrageous amount in cash floating around :-P ). I'm
hoping the toolkit can be used soon...

I'll be setting up xcode tommorrow. I set it to download at school
yesterday (much faster connection)
