PDFWriter_Impl can handle output of PDF1.2 up to PDF1.4 output; however
ugrading to 1.5 is probably not much of a problem; if we need additional
PDF features for signing, we can easily designate the version tag 1.5. I
don't think that's a big deal as 1.5 is old enough.
