Best is probably a new top level module called `layout' in the `gsl'
project. Can you help me to get that created?
With pleasure. I'll ask Heiner (hr) on how to proceed. The actual
creation of the directory should be as simple as a "cvs add" on a new
directory in the gsl project, but you'll need a module alias so one can
check out layout seperately from whole gsl. I think you need to file an
issue for that, but Heiner will know better.
