Now that I think of it, it could probably be added into toolkit. There is certainly quite some code that we will want to move into vcl, offapi and toolkit anyway. I'd like to take that step by step. However, as this is all new code and I am currently the only one working on it -- full time -- it would be most helpful for me not having to ask someone else if I can change `my' code.
