We can have more than one??? Excellent. I had no idea.

If we aren't required to cram everything into The One Repo, I would be
very strongly in favor of keeping our old separated layout:

    * guacamole-client
    * guacamole-server
    * guacamole-manual

Whether the repositories for the Docker images should remain separate
or be combined into their related projects seems more of an open
question, but I'm ceasing to like the idea of combining
guacamole-client with guacamole-server.

+1 for two (or more). Including the manual with the code seems almost
like including the project website with the code, which is a
nauseating thought.
